What are the details for Into The Burrow festival?

The dates are 13th - 15th of September  2024 (3 nights camping) and the site is in Okehampton.  This year will host AN ARRAY OF TALENTED DJs, Art installations, food, yoga and fun frolics in the field and wonders along enchanted Devonshire woodlands.

Can I claim a refund?

The deadline for refunds will be on 10TH of SEPTEMBER 2024. 

 

Can I buy day tickets?

Yes, by public demand we are providing day tickets. all tickets can be found on our website (ticket tailor).

Are tickets still available for ITB?

Yes, the event is now live on our ticket page 

​

When will the gate open & close?

The gates will open at 12pm Friday 13th SEPTEMBER and close at 9pm and reopen at 10am until finishing Sunday evening

Can I bring my dog?

Due to the event being surrounded by active farmland we cannot have any pets at the event.

What days can we camp at the Festival?

The festival opens at 12PM on Friday 13th SEPTEMBER. Everyone holding a ticket is welcome to camp for 3 nights and leave on the Monday daytime by 3Pm please 

 

Can I bring a camper van or caravan?

Yes, you may bring your camper van, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF £10 PER CAMPERVAN CHARGED AT THE GATE

 

Can I park my car for the weekend?

Yes you can park all weekend, however there are limited spaces available so we encourage you to car share to the best of your ability or take public transport.

Can we bring booze?

It is fine to bring a limited amount of drinks, 6 cans and a box of wine PER PERSON no spirits. We will have a reasonably priced bar on site selling cans of beer, draft pints including cider, gluten free pale ale and an IPA as well as a cocktail bar. 

THIS PROJECT RELIES HEAVILY ON OUR BAR REVENUE SO PLEASE SHOW SUPPORT IN THIS WAY. THERE WILL BE SECURITY ON THE GATE CHECKHING VEHICLES

Will this event be suitable for kids?

the site is  A magical PLACE and children-friendly. All children are the responsibility of their parent and/or guardian and ITB takes no responsibility for their safety.

tickets on arrival? do I need ID?

We ask everyone to bring a photo ID. You only need your unique e-ticket number or barcode at the gate, so print it off or bring it on your phone to show on the gate. screenshot or save to your photos before you leave home if you have trouble downloading images. If you are lucky enough to look younger than 25, you will need ID to be served at the bar. Don’t worry if your ticket doesn’t have your name on it, as long as it’s valid, all we need is the barcode to scan on the gate.

YOU CSN BUY TICKETS ON THE GATE BUT WE SUGGEST BUYING THEM BEFORE YOU ARRIVE 

 

Do you have showers on site?

We are lucky enough to be able to provide free shower for all festival goers.

Boutique Camping, how do I check-in?

If you have booked one of bell tents or other clamping accommodation, just let whoever is on the front gate know or the friendly bar staff who will assist. 

​

Will there be cash points on-site?

No there will be no cash points on site, however we will be taking card and cash payments.
